We share a common vision about a more sustainable and human-centered society. Through our work we explore potentials for innovation and change and materialize them into new products and experiences.

Matthias Klas
Product designerWith an interdisciplinary design approach, Matthias develops visionary solutions for products, furniture and spaces. He is a deep thinker on social values and responsible consumption, so better expect him to challenge conventions. When not working, you will find him doing outdoor sports in the Swiss mountains.

Michael Weber
Entrepreneur and ConsultantBusiness consultant gone agency director gone innovation lab founder, Michael is official „Enfant Terrible“, photographer and brings together design, technology and business to create innovation and change. He's living by the rule „Saying what you think. And having thought something before“.

Isabelle Acker
VideographerGen Y power girl par excellence, Isabelle aka „Isy“ uses street actions and film to provoke social awareness and create meaningful content. Her positive energy makes her an endless source of cool ideas and working with her a blast. In any case, don’t forget to check out her Youtube channel!

Steffen Kraft
Graphic DesignerSteffen understands his role as a designer to create positive visions of a future worth living, and to help shape the world around us towards that vision. With his pictures he succeeds in combining humour with deep meaning to motivate people to live more consciously and treat each other as well as the environment better. His clear credo: “I want to make great design for meaningful projects”.

Christian Roth
ArchitectAs an architect, Christian likes the combination of aesthetical questions when it comes to buildings and the solution of concrete problems during construction on site. When it comes to sustainability, he always strives to get to the bottom of a matter and loves to question the status quo.

Paul van Laar
Product DesignerInspired by natural materials and equipped with a considerable amount of curiosity about the world, Paul develops smart products and light installations that combine aesthetics and technology. Fascinated by pushing the limits of what is possible, he prefers to work ``hands-on`` and explores new possibilities with the help of visualizations, sketches and early 3D models.

Ngoc Minh Luong
Design Thinker and Agile CoachWith a Vietnamese heritage and German socialization, Minh is a traveller between cultures. He helps teams to use diversity as a chance and act successfully in complex environments. Applying elements from improvisational theatre and capoeira, his workshops are full of positive energy and will leave you with a big smile and lots of new ideas.

Lars Zimmermann
ArchitectWith a background in architecture, Lars creates spaces where people can get in touch with each other. He is very conscious about sustainability and an environmentally aware use of natural resources. Having lived in the Netherlands for several years, his passion is to drive city transformation through human-centered urban design.

Paula Klinkert
EngineerPaula has a passion for transforming innovative ideas into reality. Her hands-on approach in the workshop enables her to implement ideas and find creative solutions. She is a mechanical engineer and sport scientist who applied her human centred focus on products like exoskeletons and prosthetics. She uses her love for travelling and getting to know new people and cultures as an inspiration in her work.

Peter Ederer
IllustratorOnly happy with a pen in his hand, Peter loves to visualize complex concepts – be it in the quite of the office or by live-recording during workshops and events. He believes that everybody can learn to think visually and shares his knowledge as lecturer at different universities. Also, he has written and illustrated his own children’s book.

Malte Jacob
Product DesignerWith a focus on lamps, Malte develops products that not only meet high design standards but also break new ground with organic forms and novel materials. Sustainability plays a major roll for him and is reflected in his designs. He sees great potential in establishing recycling cycles locally directly where the recyclable materials occur, thus saving on transportation.
